About the workshop

Party boost your gin, cocktails or mocktails by making a personalised gin stirrer / swizzle stick. You can choose from a variety of different techniques to create your own version of this sought after party starter. Make one for yourself or for a super special someone.

Who is it for?

Beginners onwards. Please note that a good level of dexterity and eyesight is required. Sorry but this one's for over 18's only.

What will I learn?

You'll learn the basics of jewellery making including annealing, sawing, filing, soldering, shaping and forming, texturing and polishing. 

What's included

All the equipment and materials you need are provided, including the Sterling Silver to make the gin stirrer.  Also included in the workshop is a beautifully presented miniature gin collection from the fabulous Shakespeare Distillery in Stratford-Upon-Avon. The boxed set includes a 5cl bottle of their award winning Stratford Dry Gin, their Mulberry Gin Liqueur and their Rhubarb Gin. Plus there's tea/coffee and cake!

What shall I bring?

Reading glasses if you use them, it's very good to be able to see! Also to keep you safe it's best to wear closed toed shoes, tie long hair back and avoid loose flappy clothes :)
